Refusing to Work with Arsen Torosyan: Entire Staff Submits Resignation Letters

The newspaper "Fact" reports that staff members of the legal department of the Ministry of Health have submitted resignation letters almost in full yesterday and are transferring to another state agency.

According to our source, there will soon be a mass exodus from other departments of the ministry as well. The reason is that qualified personnel in the system are refusing to work with Minister Arsen Torosyan.
