Funds Stolen by Forging Signature of Family of April War Casualty: Andrey Ghukasian

Recently, I appealed to the Lori Regional Prosecutor's Office to examine the lists of individuals who received social assistance from the so-called governor's fund by the previous regional administration. This was written by Lori Governor Andrey Ghukasian on his Facebook page.

“The first revelation has already been made, and a criminal case has been opened. It turns out that representatives of the previous administration provided 50,000 drams to the family of a casualty from the April War according to the documents; however, only 30,000 was actually allocated, and the signature of a relative of the deceased was forged for the remaining 50,000 drams,” he stated.

“The examination of the lists of those who received social assistance from the Lori governor's fund in previous years is ongoing. I will later present a detailed and comprehensive report on the allocation of funds and their legality. I will continue to be vigilant in exposing such heinous acts, publicizing their deeds, and ensuring they receive appropriate responses,” his post concluded.
