Two More Countries Suspend Boeing 737 MAX Flights

New Zealand and Fiji have suspended flights of Boeing 737 MAX aircraft following the aviation disaster that occurred in Ethiopia.

The decision was made after consultations with other aviation authorities, including the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration. Notably, the United States has not suspended operations of these aircraft.

It is worth recalling that the first aviation disaster involving the Boeing 737 MAX occurred on October 29 in Indonesia. On March 10, a Boeing 737 MAX crashed just minutes after taking off from Ethiopia, resulting in the deaths of all 149 passengers and crew.
