Artsakh's involvement in the negotiation process is not a whim for us, nor is it a precondition, but rather a simple acknowledgment that the engagement of Artsakh is of key importance in the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue. This was stated today by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a joint meeting of the Security Councils held in Artsakh.
