Ashotyan: I Admit, Nikol Pashinyan Had Not Given Such Speech During His Tenure
“Was that speech perfect? Of course not. Did it cover all the topics? Certainly not. However, I must admit that during Nikol Pashinyan's ten months in office, he had not delivered a similar summarizing programmatic speech regarding the resolution of the Artsakh conflict,” said Armenian Republican Party Vice President Armen Ashotyan during a live Facebook broadcast.
