Haven't We Died? Has the Special Investigative Service Failed to Identify the Perpetrators of the Electric Yerevan Incident?

The chairman of the Journalists' 'Asparez' Club and a member of the Gyumri City Council, Levon Barseghyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Can the Special Investigative Service not identify the perpetrators of the Electric Yerevan incident from the morning of June 23, 2015? Seriously? Haven't we died? Ask for help, we can assist you! Are you working on it? It looks like you’ve replaced Sargsyan with someone stronger? Just look, can't you manage? Contact Public Television and request them to publish the photos, those who know will inform you. The same goes for the massacre in the Sari Tag region. Don’t you even know how to watch videos..."
