Felled and Stolen Fruit Trees with a Chainsaw: Damage Amounts to 1 Million Drams
On March 11, at 11:30 AM, a resident of the village of Vorotnavan in the Syunik region reported to the Siunik Police Department that between noon on February 25 and 3:00 PM on March 10, fruit trees were cut down and stolen from his rented open area garden in Vorotnavan village using a chainsaw. The damage was estimated at around 1,000,000 drams.
As a result of the measures taken by the Siunik Police Department officers, it was established that during February and on March 8, the specified trees were felled by 1995-born Raphael M. and transported to his home courtyard using his "VAZ-2106" vehicle.
Raphael M. has provided a confession.
