Discussion on Pashinyan's Powers to Represent Azerbaijan and the World
The joint meeting of the security councils of Armenia and Artsakh is continuing at the presidential residence of the Republic of Artsakh. In an interview with Aysor.am, Arzik Mkrtchyan, the head of the External Relations Committee of the Artsakh Parliament, stated that some 'internal' matters will be discussed in the joint meeting, which, according to him, will likely relate to the proposals of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group.
'Specifically, if there is a drafted document, I think it will be discussed. In my opinion, the question of the powers with which Pashinyan will represent Azerbaijan and the world will probably also be discussed. If Mr. Pashinyan has concerns that Artsakh did not grant him the authority to participate in these negotiations and make decisions, I believe this issue will be addressed in today’s meeting,' Arzik Mkrtchyan mentioned in the interview.
