They are surprisingly persistent, the international grant proponents for the transparency of the army. This was stated by the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Artur Hovhannisyan, on his Facebook page, adding:

"Now, one is talking to another, giving evaluations and motivating each other. Yesterday, I substantiated with facts that no casualties have been concealed and cannot be concealed. The prosecutor's office also issued a statement, where they presented everything in detail. You have not brought any facts to support that state institutions have hidden anything. By the way, state institutions are working together on this issue, and the announcement by the investigative body and the prosecutor's office also signifies transparency. You still do not understand what a death unrelated to service means. I won't elaborate, as you don't seem to grasp it, but let me clarify: servicemen also have personal lives that are unrelated to their service. I repeat, stay away from exploiting the casualties."
