What Makunts Whispered to Osipyan's Ear: 'There Are Issues'

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that the meeting of the "My Step" faction with Police Chief Valery Osipyan began with his statement that he would be very candid and answer all questions. At that moment, faction leader Lilith Makunts approached him and whispered something. "It seemed that Makunts was warning the police chief that there are 'issues' from our side, and that there was no need to be too candid," said a young My Step member.

Moreover, this is not the first time Makunts has made such warnings; for example, she had previously warned the Minister of Transport and Communications about the 'issue'. She warned him not to speak starting from February 31. "By the way, there seems to be a misconception about Hakob Arshakyan; among the current ministers, his answers were the most competent and exhaustive," the deputy said.

Is it true that you were very "excited" by Suren Papikyan’s answers and almost applauded at the end? "We did not applaud, but there was a lot of understanding between Papikyan and the faction. He presented the issues of the sector and their solutions in detail; he is an adequate person," our source reported.

Incidentally, one of the most intriguing questions directed at Osipyan came from the "Soros supporters". It was asked whether he sometimes violates the presumption of innocence, as his reports sometimes feature a pathetically dramatic tone and music when he declares that there is no corruption in his system, yet it still exists. "No, there isn’t," Osipyan responded.
