37-Year-Old Citizen Fell from a Rock Near the Church in Hayravank Village

On March 3, at 13:23, the "911" service received information that a citizen fell from a rock near the church in Hayravank village of Gegharkunik Province (approximately 17 m). Rescuers were requested for assistance. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations announced that a firefighting-rescue team was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that A.I. (born in 1982) had fallen among the rocks.

The rescuers brought A.I. out and assisted him to an ambulance. He was later hospitalized at the Tavush Medical Center, where doctors assessed the injured person's health condition as stable but serious.
