US Military Extracts Nearly 50 Tons of Gold from Syria
American troops have extracted nearly 50 tons of gold from Syria, reaching an agreement with terrorists in the Deir ez-Zor province.
According to the Syrian state news agency SANA, the militants had seized the gold reserves in Iraq and Syria and hid them near the village of Baghouz in Deir ez-Zor.
The US military has also discovered gold reserves in other hideouts used by terrorists, bringing the total amount of gold in their possession to approximately 50 tons.
