Vardan Oskanyan Questioned in March 1 Case

According to information from Armtimes.com, former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Vardan Oskanyan has also been questioned in relation to the March 1 case.

As per the same sources, he holds the status of a witness in this case. The media outlet attempted to verify this information with the Special Investigative Service, but once again received the same response: "We do not comment."

Andranik Kocharyan, a member of the fact-finding group, previously stated in a conversation with journalists that Oskanyan possesses a wealth of information that he should present to the public regarding decisions made by him and Robert Kocharyan in the days leading up to March 1, within the headquarters where those actions took place. It is noteworthy that, according to the fact-finding group, a secret headquarters operated in B26 before the events of March 1, which also included Vardan Oskanyan.
