37 Immovable and 4 Movable Properties: Former MP of the Republican Party

Nairi Sahakyan, a former member of the National Assembly from the Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) during its sixth convocation, submitted his property and income declaration to the Ethics Commission of High-Ranking Officials on February 15, 2019, following his resignation from official duties on January 14, 2019.

Sahakyan declared a total of 37 immovable properties, which include 2 industrial buildings, 1 apartment in a multi-unit residential building, 1 private house, 1 public utility building, 1 newly constructed building that has not yet been registered with the state, and 31 land parcels.

Regarding movable property, Sahakyan reported 3 vehicles: a “VAZ 21063”, a “NISSAN ARMADA 5.6”, and an “INFINITI QX 56”, as well as 1 truck, a “MAZ 5205”.

As of the date of his resignation, the former MP had 130,788 AMD in his declaration.

From January 1, 2019, until the end of his official duties, Sahakyan had an income amounting to 118,550 AMD, which was derived from his salary.
