Significant Details from the Interrogation of Seyran Ohanyan with Serzh Sargsyan

The newspaper "Hraparak" reports: "Significant details have emerged regarding the interrogation of Seyran Ohanyan alongside Serzh Sargsyan. It pertains not to the March 1 case, but rather to the story of the sale of rails.

As is known, there is a criminal case regarding the illegal sale of railway tracks in the Meghri area, in connection with which Seyran Ohanyan had previously testified that it was carried out under the instruction of Serzh Sargsyan. However, during the confrontation, the situation changed dramatically—Seyran Ohanyan, it can be said, felt uncomfortable raising his eyes to look directly into his former president's eyes.

When the investigator posed a question about how and under whose orders the rails were sold, he recanted his previous statements. Serzh Sargsyan also stated that although there was no direct order from him, these sales were made with his knowledge—specifically for the needs of the army, particularly for purchasing weapons."
