Sedrak Kocharyan Against Artur Vanetsyan Hearing Postponed
At the General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan, the preliminary hearing in Sedrak Kocharyan's case against Artur Vanetsyan scheduled for today, February 25, has been postponed due to presiding judge Aida Davtyan's illness.
It is worth noting that Sedrak Kocharyan, the son of the second President of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, demands that the Director of the National Security Service, Artur Vanetsyan, publicly refute the defamatory information he disseminated.
This pertains to the statement made during a well-known press conference by Vanetsyan and the head of the Special Investigation Service, Sasun Khachatryan, where it was said that “Robert Kocharyan has become a shareholder of the ‘Congress’ hotel by demanding a bribe of 6 million dollars.”
