Nothing has changed at Polyclinic No. 19. The director is blackmailing employees. Tehmine Vardanyan
Nothing has changed at Polyclinic No. 19. This was stated by Tehmine Vardanyan, a member of the Yerevan City Council from the "Luys" faction, on her Facebook page.
In her post, she noted:
“The director of Polyclinic No. 19 continues his approach marked by falsehoods and blackmail. I would like to remind that during the city council session on February 13, 2019, I asked the Mayor whether it is true that the five-year term set by the city council’s decision on February 12, 2014, for handing over the polyclinic to a trust management has expired. Deputy Mayor Sergey Harutyunyan confirmed that indeed, the first five years have expired and that the second phase is still in a ‘pause’.”
A brief update: Samvel Sargsyan continues to blackmail employees and violate the law. It is noteworthy that his license expired on September 4, yet he continues to hold his position.
I would like to remind that on September 14, 2018, charges were brought against the director of “Polyclinic No. 19” LLC under Article 309, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. A preventive measure was applied to him prohibiting him from leaving the country.
