The Butyrka Court of Moscow has removed Christina Khachatryan, who is accused of killing her father, from her grandmother's apartment registration. This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing court press secretary Tatyana Isaeva.
It is noted that on January 9, the grandmother of the Khachatryan sisters filed a civil lawsuit to remove her granddaughter Christina from the apartment. As detailed by the girl's lawyer Alexey Lipitser, the apartment is owned by the grandmother, and she has the right to evict individuals from it.
According to the lawyer, the grandmother had previously removed the girls' mother and their older brother from the registration.
