“A total of 18.5 million dollars has been transferred to the state by Alexander Sargsyan, while the remaining 11.5 million dollars were tax liabilities, abuses, etc., which have been collected through specific acts. In other words, a tax act has been drawn up, and the amount has been paid,” said Arthur Vanetsyan, the Director of the National Security Service (NSS), during a conversation with reporters regarding the issue of Alexander Sargsyan returning money to the state.

Vanetsyan noted that the criminal case is still ongoing, and new information about Sashik Sargsyan's assets will emerge in the process.
