Unknown Individual Opens Holes in Tree in Yerevan and Fills Them with Unknown Liquid

An unknown individual has opened holes on the trunk of a tree in the yard of a building at 41 Komitas Street in Yerevan and filled them with an unidentified liquid. This was reported by the Yerevan Municipality.

“The purpose of this act can only be guessed at.

Officials from the environmental protection department of Yerevan Municipality have prepared materials that have been sent to the Environmental and Mining Inspection Body of Armenia. Steps will be taken shortly to find the ‘operator’ of the tree and to compensate for the damage caused,” the municipality stated in a Facebook post.
