Threats Made to Citizen: 'They Will Bring Your Husband Home from Russia, and Your Son Will Be Taken by the NSS'

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, an investigation is underway in the Artashat police department regarding a complaint filed by a 59-year-old resident of Artashat, G.A.

As reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, at the beginning of February, G.A. informed the Artashat police that he had sold his apartment to Hayk B. from Masis for 6 million drams, with Hayk paying him 800,000 drams in advance, while the remaining 5.2 million drams has yet to be paid.

During the preparation of materials, senior investigator Hovhannisyan from the Masis investigative division heard G.A., who provided additional clarification that Hayk B., upon arriving at his home, introduced himself as an NSS employee and issued threats against his family, stating that they would bring his husband home from Russia in a coffin and that the NSS would take his son and he would not return. Under this intimidation, he was presented with a document, which falsely claimed that he had received the remaining 5.2 million drams from Hayk B.

The Artashat police are taking necessary measures to locate Hayk B.
