Robert Kocharyan Also Had Many Positive Achievements: Vanetsyan

Sedrak Kocharyan can file a lawsuit, and the court will decide whether we are guilty or not. This was stated by Arthur Vanetsyan, the director of the NSS, during a conversation with journalists today, adding that filing a lawsuit is a constitutional right of any citizen.

“The Kocharyan family has not done anything personally to me that is being discussed. Robert Kocharyan has been the second President of Armenia, and he also had many positive achievements during his tenure; he was the first president of Artsakh. As a soldier, I cannot have any personal or other issues with this family,” said Vanetsyan, emphasizing that there is no question of political persecution.
