Convict Who Escaped From Armenia Medical Center Captured

On February 19th, around 00:20, as a result of joint operational and investigative measures undertaken by the Penitentiary Service and the Police of the Republic of Armenia, convict Hayk Vache Galsyan, who escaped from the Armenia Medical Center on February 18th, was located in the administrative territory of the village of Balagovit in Kotayk province.

Hayk Galsyan has been transferred to the Mashtots Police Department and subsequently to the Nubarashen Penitentiary of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. This information has been confirmed by the Ministry of Justice's Penitentiary Administration.

An investigation is currently underway.

It is noteworthy that the convicted individual had been previously sentenced nine times.
