83-Year-Old Patient Falls from 6th Floor of Armenia Medical Center

A tragic incident occurred in Yerevan today, February 19. At around 08:20, the police operational management center of the Mashtots division received a report about a man's body found in the yard of the Armenia Medical Center. This information was reported by photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan.

According to Shamshyan, police and investigators discovered the body of 83-year-old Mkrtich Barsheghyan, a resident of the Ajapnyak administrative district, who was receiving treatment at the specified hospital. He had apparently jumped from the 6th floor. In connection with the incident, investigator T. Ghazaryan has initiated materials and a series of examinations have been scheduled, including a forensic examination of the body.
