Photo: Invalid Ballot Recognized as Valid, Alarm Raised
Civic activist Roza Kajatzyan has posted a photo of a ballot on her Facebook page, raising concerns that the electoral commission has recognized it as valid.
In her post, she has mentioned several government officials.
It is worth noting that today local elections for community leaders are taking place in several municipalities across Armenia.
