VIDEO: Why Former Officials' Sons Did Not Serve in the Army. Ministry of Defense Investigates
The circumstances surrounding the failure of former officials' sons to complete military service are gradually being clarified. This was stated by Armenia's Minister of Defense, Davit Tonoyan, in a conversation with reporters.
He also mentioned that these cases are generally related to health conditions. The minister refused to name specific individuals, stating only that they are the children of former bureaucrats.
