VIDEO: The Basis of Order 0038 for March 1 Events is an Extreme Approach and Unobjective, Seyran Ohanyan

The former Minister of Defense of Armenia, Seyran Ohanyan, addressed the discussions related to the army during the events of March 1-2 through a video message, as well as the secret Order 0038.

Ohanyan stated that Order 0038 is an internal departmental order, and placing it at the foundation of the events and tragedies of March 1 is an extreme approach and unobjective.

He emphasized that no one has the right to interpret bringing the army to a barrack state as an unconstitutional act against the people.
