Armenian Foreign Ministry Responds to U.S. State Department: Official Washington Does Not Support Russian-Armenian Mission in Syria

We acknowledge the statement from the U.S. State Department regarding the deployment of the Armenian humanitarian mission (AHM) in Syria. Armenia and the United States have been jointly working for a long time to respond to the ongoing humanitarian disaster in Syria, which is accompanied by a massive crisis of refugees and displaced persons.

This was stated by the spokesperson of the Armenian Foreign Ministry, Anna Naghdalyan, in response to a question regarding the deployment of the Armenian humanitarian mission in Syria.
