VIDEO: Did Seyran Ohanyan testify against Serge Sargsyan?

As previously reported, political scientist Narek Samsonyan was summoned to the 6th department of the police.

During his visit, he was informed that a complaint had been filed against him by the lawyer of former Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan, Inesa Petrosyan.

"This was related to a post where I asked why Seyran Ohanyan had testified against Serge Sargsyan. Inesa Petrosyan appealed to the 6th department, claiming that I disclosed a pre-trial secret. Essentially, it turns out that Seyran Ohanyan did testify against Serge Sargsyan, which was confirmed by that appeal. Seyran Ohanyan also saw a threat in my post, claiming that I threatened him with execution," said Narek Samsonyan.

Narek Samsonyan's lawyer, Tigran Atanesyan, stated that Samsonyan does not possess any pre-trial secret that would subject him to liability. "He simply accidentally came across a suggestion in the vast spaces of Facebook and put it into his status. A complaint followed, confirming that it was indeed true. Our assumption was that we were summoned to the 6th department due to Mr. Samsonyan's Facebook activity and civic engagement," he added.
