What is flowing into the Manstev River from the Teghut Mine area? Environmentalists raise alarm

“This was filmed on February 7 near the Teghut mine. An unidentified liquid is flowing and filling the Manstev tributary of the Shnogh River. We urge the relevant state authorities to clarify what this is. Coordinates: 41°06'03"N 44°51'37"E,” reports the Armenian Environmental Front civil initiative.
