The Revolution is Consuming Alen Simonian

The newspaper 'Fact' reports: 'The main topic in the media and social networks over the past few days has been the discussions around Alen Simonian's proposals regarding the change of the Armenian national anthem and flag. Moreover, the opposition against Simonian has intensified not only in the general public sector but also within the 'Civil Contract' party itself.

However, it turns out that the uproar was not entirely spontaneous, but was somewhat orchestrated. According to 'Fact' sources, the structures coordinating the government's information resources assigned their Facebook activists to 'dig up' the topic, to ensure an artificial dissent and to 'show Alen Simonian his place.'

This is why the government’s 'Facebookers' bombard the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly with different identities, especially with fake accounts. The matter is that the authorities are displeased with Alen Simonian's relatively competent 'PR' and his boldness to take certain independent steps.

Well, as they say, the revolution consumes its own children, in this case, Alen Simonian.'
