Teacher Injures Student at Hrazdan School
SHAMSHYAN. According to information from Shamshyan.com, the investigative department of the Hrazdan police is preparing materials regarding an incident that occurred yesterday at the Hrazdan Number 12 Secondary School.
Photographer Gagik Shamshyan reports that at 1:30 PM, a call was received at the Hrazdan police station from the 'Hrazdan' medical center, stating that a child had been brought in with a diagnosis of 'upper eyelid contusion.'
The police determined that the child admitted to the hospital is 13-year-old D. M., a resident of Hrazdan, who is in the 7th grade at one of the city's secondary schools. According to preliminary information, the girl's mother informed the police that the day before, during class, the Russian language teacher Anush Aslanyan had struck her daughter's right eye with the back of her hand, which led to the injury.
