Black Ice and Fog: Roads in Armenia

The Ministry of Emergency Situations informs that as of February 6, at 08:00, there are closed and difficult-to-pass roads in the territory of Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks with trailers (due to blizzard), while it is difficult to pass for passenger vehicles.

The Sotk-Karabakh road is difficult to navigate due to black ice.

On the roads of Goris-Sisian in the Syunik region, particularly in the areas known as 'Zanger' and 'Meghri Mountain', there are places with black ice.

The Goris-Kapan road is experiencing fog.

Drivers are advised to travel exclusively with winter tires.
