Warning to Gazprom Armenia, Fine for Veolia Water

The Public Services Regulatory Commission will discuss the issue of warning "Gazprom Armenia" and imposing a fine on "Veolia Water".

According to Armenpress, the relevant items are included in the agenda for the Commission's meeting on February 6.

The project concerning the warning to "Gazprom Armenia" indicates that the closed joint-stock company "Gazprom Armenia" submitted information to the Commission regarding the operation of the "Hrazdan-5" station with a delay based on results from November 2018. To investigate the fact of the violation of the established deadline, the Commission initiated administrative proceedings against the company starting January 9, 2019.

According to the project to fine "Veolia Water", the Public Services Regulatory Commission plans to impose a fine of 10 million drams on the company for the violations allowed.
