Pashinyan has Awakened Everyone: Only Arsen Torosyan's Ministry is Satisfactory

The newspaper "Past" reports: "These days, the name of Health Minister Arsen Torosyan is mainly mentioned on social networks with positive connotations. It creates the impression that he is the only minister in the entire government who is working effectively. It is hard to say whether this is an objective state or the result of good PR.

However, according to the newspaper’s sources, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is, to put it mildly, not particularly satisfied with the performance and effectiveness of a significant portion of his government, specifically the ministers. Reports suggest that only Arsen Torosyan's performance is pleasing to him; he also partially appreciates the actions of Hakob Arshakyan, which he has mentioned even in narrow circles. On the other hand, particularly Suren Papikyan, Tigran Khachatryan, and Erik Grigoryan have, to put it mildly, not met expectations.

Our sources insist that Pashinyan has awakened everyone and instructed them to work accordingly."
