The Police's General Department for Combating Organized Crime has received operational data regarding illegal entrepreneurship and malicious tax evasion. Based on this information, it was revealed that Artem Zohrabyan acquired cement worth about 540,000,000 drams from 'Araratcement' at a rate of 51,500 drams per ton without appropriate accounting documentation from October 2015 to May 2018, later selling it at 54,000 drams.

According to preliminary data, Artem Zohrabyan purchased the cement through the mediation of his acquaintance Arsen Arakelyan. The transactions conducted without proper documentation led to material damage to the state, exceeding 81,000,000 drams due to 'Araratcement'.

Furthermore, again through Arsen Arakelyan's mediation, Artem Zohrabyan reached a verbal agreement with the management of 'Araratcement' to purchase cement at 54,000 drams per ton. It was established that between June and August 2018, Zohrabyan purchased 3,721 tons of cement for a total of 200,950,500 drams.

According to the agreement, after transferring the money to the company's account, the buyer received 3,000 drams back for each ton paid through Arsen Arakelyan. As a result of this illegal activity, the state suffered additional substantial damage, preliminarily estimated at 188,000,000 drams.

A criminal case has been initiated by the police in relation to these events and has been forwarded to the Investigative Department of the State Revenue Committee.
