Rockfall on Athens Street: Three 15 kg Stones Block the Road

On February 4, at 15:27, the 911 service received a call reporting a rockfall on Athens Street in Yerevan, near the cognac factory. Emergency assistance was required.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, one firefighting unit was dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that three stones, each weighing about 15 kg, had fallen, obstructing traffic. There is a risk of additional rocks falling.

Rescuers have removed the fallen stones from the roadway and secured the area.
