Armenian Wrestlers Win 4 Gold and 2 Bronze Medals

From February 1 to 4, an international Greco-Roman wrestling tournament is taking place in Nice, France.

The Armenian Greco-Roman wrestling team traveled to France under the leadership of Levon Julfalakyan, featuring the following athletes: Rudik Mkrtchyan (55 kg), Gevorg Gharibyan (60 kg), Karen Aslanyan (67 kg), Arsen Julfalakyan (77 kg), Maxim Manukyan (87 kg), Arthur Shahinyan (97 kg), and Hrant Kalachyan (72 kg).

According to Armenpress news agency, the Armenian representatives had an outstanding performance at the first tournament of the year. Gold medalists included Arsen Julfalakyan, Rudik Mkrtchyan, Karen Aslanyan, and Hrant Kalachyan. Bronze medals were earned by Gevorg Gharibyan and Arthur Shahinyan.
