One of the primary ways to motivate teachers is to increase respect for the profession and highlight the significance of their work. This was stated by Minister of Education and Science Araik Haroutyunyan during a conversation with journalists.

“Without the involvement of teachers and the partnership between the ministry and teachers, all the reforms we are discussing would be meaningless,” said the minister.
