Why the Police Did Not Respond When Manvel Grigoryan's Car Was Hit

During a press conference today, the head of the Police Headquarters, Armen Ghukasian, addressed the issue raised by Manvel Grigoryan's lawyers, who reported that a police officer was present when his car was hit and did not respond.
