Pashinyan Decides to Remove Head of State Revenue Committee: Who Will Be the New Candidate?

The newspaper 'Zhamanak' reports: 'Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has decided to remove the head of the State Revenue Committee, Davit Ananyan, through the 'My Step' faction.

Recently, the meeting between Ananyan and the faction was part of the steps to release him from his position, during which the MPs expressed their dissatisfaction with the operations of the State Revenue Committee.

According to our information, Pashinyan intends to appoint his advisor, Mesrop Arakelyan, the head of the 'Mission' party, as the new head of the State Revenue Committee.

'Mission' has supported Nikol Pashinyan's movement, but believes it has not received adequate compensation. It is possible that Ananyan was not the best candidate for the head of the State Revenue Committee, but Arakelyan will indeed be able to take that structure to its end, freeing entrepreneurs from the so-called 'tax' phenomenon,' writes the newspaper.
