New Director Appointed for Sports and Concert Complex

The Chairman of the State Property Management Committee, Narek Babayan, announced on his Facebook page that Karen Ghazaryan has been appointed as the new director of the Sports and Concert Complex.

The post reads as follows:

“This morning at 11 AM, the competition for the director of the Sports and Concert Complex began and concluded at 8 PM. A total of 24 applications were received, with 21 individuals representing themselves; one withdrew from participation during the process. After evaluating the candidates, Karen Ghazaryan received the highest scores and was selected. I congratulate Mr. Ghazaryan and wish him fruitful work.

The next five candidates who received the highest scores were invited to join the management board after the amendments to the organization’s charter. I also extended the same offer to our committee members, Ruben Babayan, the director of the puppet theater, and Hrachya Poghosyan, one of the architects of the complex, who both agreed, for which I am very grateful. I also thank all candidates for their competition and excellent ideas.”
