Shahumyan Square is No Longer a Parking Lot

The Yerevan city council has rejected a proposal to grant "Elite-Plaza" closed joint-stock company the right to continue operating a service parking lot at Shahumyan Square. The decision saw 4 votes in favor, 42 against, and 5 abstentions.

During the meeting, the council also rejected a proposal from "Ameria" company to establish a service parking lot in the same location. The vote resulted in 3 in favor, 30 against, and 5 abstentions.
