It Is Possible to Provide a Computer to Kocharyan: His Son and Daughter Have Visited Him

Robert Kocharyan, the second President of Armenia currently in custody, has been visited by his son and daughter, as stated by his lawyer Aram Orbelyan during a press briefing today.

"The visitation ban is still in effect, but there are exceptions. Within those parameters, his son and daughter have visited Robert Kocharyan, I believe, twice," Orbelyan said.

He noted that there are some legislative and technical obstacles regarding the process of providing a computer to Kocharyan.

"We have proposed that we can provide a computer that, objectively, physically, will not have access to the internet or any other network," Orbelyan added.
