Armen Gevorgyan Will Not Be Arrested: The First Instance Court's Decision Remains in Effect

Today, the Court of Appeals continued the examination of the request from the Special Investigation Service to change the precautionary measure for former Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan.

In an interview with reporters, Gevorgyan announced that the court has upheld the decision made by the First Instance Court.

“At this moment, the decision made by the First Instance Court is in effect,” he stated. He also mentioned that he needs to return to work to avoid wasting time and said that they have interesting projects to implement.
