False Bomb Threat at Vivaro Group Betting Office

On January 27, at 21:38, the emergency service received a report of a bomb being placed at the ‘Vivaro Group’ betting office located at 1 Baghramyan Avenue in Yerevan. Assistance from rescue teams was deemed necessary.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia, a firefighting and rescue unit, along with a duty team from the Disaster Medical Center, were dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers cordoned off the area until 22:21.

The police canine unit conducted a search, which did not yield any explosive devices.
