One Person Received Burial Aid of 1 Million Dram Five Times: Revelation

According to the newspaper 'Zhoghqovurd', the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the State Social Security Service conducted investigations with the help of the Court of Audit of the Republic of Armenia, uncovering some quite interesting facts. For instance, during the investigation, it was revealed that an individual received burial aid on multiple occasions.

Moreover, 'Zhoghqovurd' learned that in five cases, although the burial was conducted by the 'Vanadzor Elderly Home' foundation, burial assistance amounting to a total of 1 million dram was still provided. Notably, in these five cases, the recipient of the aid was the same individual.

It should be added that the audit covered the period from January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2017. This is the timeframe when the Minister of Social Affairs was the Republican Party’s Artem Asatryan.
