David Tonoyan Personally Welcomed Yuri Khachaturov

On the occasion of the 27th anniversary of the formation of the army, Yuri Khachaturov, the former head of the Armed Forces General Staff and former Secretary General of the CSTO, also participated in the solemn ceremony. He recently arrived at the "Dvin" hotel, where he was personally welcomed and invited inside by Minister of Defense David Tonoyan.

Speaking with reporters, Khachaturov wished the soldiers health and victory, responding to other questions as well.

"Health, victory, let them fear nothing, we are strong," Khachaturov stated.
