Sayat Nova Village Refuses Bonus, Allocates Funds to Kindergarten

The Sayat Nova community in the Ararat region has announced on its Facebook page:

"EVERYONE WANTS TO CHANGE THE WORLD, NO ONE WANTS TO START WITH THEMSELVES..."

The local council of Sayat Nova decided, with the majority of its members, to permanently eliminate the budgeted bonuses of 1,200,000 drams in 2016 and redirect those funds to the kindergarten, stating, "If educators, soldiers, the disabled, as well as those working in kindergartens such as caregivers and teachers do not receive a 13th salary, there is no point in speaking about anything else."
