Money Stolen from the Sanctuary’s Collection Box at Haghartsin Church

On January 24, the head priest of the Haghartsin Monastery complex, Father Aris Takess Ayvazyan, reported to the Dilijan Police that between January 23 at 8:00 PM and January 24 at 5:00 AM, an unknown individual or individuals broke the window on the western side of the altar of the "St. Gregory the Illuminator" church within the complex.

According to Shamshyan.com, the priest informed the police that upon entering, they broke the lock of the collection box located in the sanctuary and stole the money donated by the parishioners.
